Andrew and I saw Mathias Broe’s stunning film this past winter when it was part of SUNDANCE and we’re all three beyond excited to get to screen it as part of THE BLACK CAT. Mathias is an exceptional filmmaker and he’s going to be in town for the screening on the 18th and for our Q&A, along with the extraordinary co-screenwriter of the film, William Lippert.

Film Synopsis

Johan, a gay man in Copenhagen, revels in nightlife until meeting William, a transgender man. Their profound love challenges societal norms surrounding gender, identity, and relationships.
